**Job Title: Refrigeration Supervisor** **Job Description** Oversee maintenance, repairs, and operations for refrigeration equipment in a production environment. Coordinate maintenance team members for daily repairs and preventative maintenance schedules. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues related to refrigeration equipment to minimize downtime. Train current team and new hires. Implement and teach all safety protocols. **Responsibilities** + Oversee maintenance, repairs, and operations for refrigeration equipment. + Coordinate maintenance team members for daily repairs and preventative maintenance schedules. + Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues related to refrigeration equipment to minimize downtime. + Train current team and new hires. + Implement and teach all safety protocols. **Essential Skills** + Expertise in refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration. + Strong knowledge of refrigeration equipment. + Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Certifications in ammonia and refrigeration are required. + Any education and/or certifications related to maintenance and manufacturing industry are a bonus. **Work Environment** Work primarily on 1st shift, Monday-Friday. The environment is focused on production, utilizing advanced refrigeration technologies and prioritizing safety protocols. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Company offers full medical, dental, & vision insurance. Opportunity for pay raises are completed yearly.
