**Now Hiring: Packaging Machine Operators** 📍 **Location:** Conover, NC 28613 🕒 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM 💲 **Pay Rate:** $16.50 per hour **About the Role:** We are seeking reliable and motivated **Packaging Machine Operators** to join our warehouse team in Conover, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of products according to company standards. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** + Ability to operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment. + At least 2 years of experience operating packaging or production machinery preferred. + Positive and cooperative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Commitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. + Physical ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Operate poly pack machines and other equipment in accordance with established procedures. + Read and follow converting order instructions accurately. + Accurately complete daily production reports. + Locate and move goods using the appropriate equipment and placement methods. + Identify and report non-conformances and take necessary action to prevent further processing. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation of solutions. + Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures. + Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor. **Join Our Team!** If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
