WFM - Has 12+ years WFM experience with 7+ years in supervisory role / Project Management. Serve as a subject matter expert on the identification and interpretation of trends and insights with respect to the overall operational effectiveness of the business with respect to workforce planning.

L&D lead - Collaborate with cross functional teams to conceptualize the formation of various skill development programs for people at multiple levels & multiple locations with varying competencies, roles & tenure within the organization.

IT Support - Support Service requests and incidents related to IT ops ( Axtria Now).Daily Health checks, Incident Monitoring, Incident Reports and Management, Incident Response and Follow-ups.Laptop imaging with standard application.AD attribute updating as per the Empower Record, DL Management, O365 Management.Zoho remote management.

HRBP - Strategic Planning: They help their organization prepare for the future by focusing on the existing workforce. This includes reskilling and upskilling, strategic workforce planning, and succession planning.Regional Activities – Leading from the front all regional activities, event, engagement.

FP&A - 4 - 7 years of experience in an ITeS company of mid to large scale in a similar role or in a consulting company analyzing/solving business challenges. Financial and operational reporting.Revenue planning and forecasting.
