As a Transaction Processing Specialist within Wholesale Payments Operations, you will provide critical operational support for our Corporate Investment Bank clients. You ensure timely completion of transaction management, resolve exceptions and client inquiries, and deliver subject matter expertise. You also contribute to regulatory reporting, remediation activities, and process improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities 

Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 months of relevant experienceStrong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookUnderstanding of financial services industry, products, and processesExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
