Job Summary 

As a Workflow Product Delivery Specialist within the Asset and Wealth Management Operations team, you focus on promoting workflow adoption and integrating automation across various tools. You are responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering data-promoten solutions that foster a culture of performance management and operational best practices. In this role, you collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and ensure seamless product delivery.

Job Responsibilities 

Design and implement workflows and automation solutions using platforms such as Workflow Designer, Python, Alteryx, and TableauBuild and maintain the book of work for stakeholders, review processes, and propose automation opportunitiesCommunicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively with team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycleApply critical thinking and advanced analytics to solve complex business problems and mine automation opportunities using diverse data setsContribute new ideas, stretch group thinking, and actively participate in the organization’s learning cultureDevelop reusable tool capabilities, creatively solve problems, and educate team membersEnsure up-to-date process documentation, prompt escalation management, and regular updates to senior management

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities 

Alteryx Designer Advanced Certification and UiPath Certified RPA Associate or RPA Developer Certification5+ years hands-on experience with Alteryx, UiPath, or Python, with a proven track record in deploying workflows to enterprise automation platformsAdvanced data analysis and process automation expertise, including experience with Python, JavaScript, and API connectivityBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field

 Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities 

Advanced data analysis and large data set management skillsRelationship building and influencing decisions with business and technology teamsExperience with automation applications such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and familiarity with financial terminologiesUnderstanding of AI/ML tools and programming language proficiency, with PMP certification as a plus
