ReEntry Program - .Net Software Engineer - Part Time (Jobshare)

The program begins with a 15-week, full-time fellowship (April 20, 2026 – July 31, 2026), providing comprehensive support and resources to help you transition back into the workforce. As a Software Engineer III within Workplace Solutions, you will join a collaborative, agile team dedicated to designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technology solutions that support the firm’s business objectives. Job Responsibilities

Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting, thinking beyond routine approaches to solve problems. Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met. Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to drive continuous improvement. Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data, using insights to improve coding hygiene and system architecture. Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new and emerging technologies. Keep the team and key stakeholders informed on the progress of development work.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Proficient in coding in one or more languages. Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages. Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle. Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security. Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.).

Familiarity with modern front-end technologies. Exposure to cloud technologies.
