Recutting & Reshaping: Operate specialized equipment, including ultrasonic polishing systems, to drill, shape, and fine-tune the die's internal bearing and reduction angles.

Polishing & Finishing: Smooth and polish die surfaces to achieve desired finishes and contours, ensuring precise dimensions.

Quality Control: Conduct test runs and rigorous checks to guarantee recut dies meet specific customer requirements and quality standards.

Tool Maintenance: File, grind, and adjust components, maintaining precision tools and work aids.

Material Selection: Understand properties of various metals and alloys for die components.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Precision Machining: Expertise in grinding, filing, and precision finishing of hard materials like diamond.

Technical Measurement: Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.

Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Manual Dexterity & Accuracy: High level of hand-eye coordination for detailed work.

Problem-Solving: Identify issues with worn dies and determine optimal recutting solutions.

Experience: Previous experience as a Tool & Die Maker or in a similar precision role is often required.
