Key Responsibilities:

Lead Recruitment Efforts: Manage and oversee the recruitment team, ensuring the delivery of effective talent acquisition strategies.Develop & Motivate: Provide leadership and mentorship to the recruitment team, fostering an environment of growth and development.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.Optimize Processes: Streamline recruitment processes, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.Build Relationships: Establish strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to effectively meet recruitment goals. 

What We’re Looking For:

Recruitment Expertise: Extensive experience in recruitment, with proven leadership abilities. This will need to be in a volume hiring capacity or from a Temp Desk Consultancy background.Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Portuguese to facilitate effective communication.Education & Experience: Minimum of two years in a leadership role within recruitment, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.Analytical & Strategic: Strong ability to analyze recruitment data and implement strategic improvements.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS and HRIS systems.Adaptable & Resilient: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle challenges confidently.
