Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Monday–Friday

Job Summary

PDS Tech is still growing! We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us. This is a high‑impact, dual‑purpose role supporting both onsite workforce operations and recruitment onboarding for skilled trades at our customer in Sealy, TX. You’ll be the face of PDS onsite: checking in associates, supporting day‑to‑day needs, helping maintain a safe work environment, and ensuring our talent feels supported. At the same time, you’ll join our recruiting engine, learning onboarding processes, assisting with I‑9 verification, and helping drive hiring results for the site. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, love connecting with people, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, this is your opportunity to make a big impact quickly.

Key ResponsibilitiesOnsite Workforce Support

Serve as the onsite point-of-contact for associates and client leadership

Perform daily check-ins with talent; escalate concerns when needed

Conduct safety walks and reinforce site safety expectations

Provide coaching and counseling support with professionalism and empathy

Assist with day-to-day associate questions and issue resolution

Recruiting & Onboarding Operations

Support onboarding processes after completing training

Verify IDs in-person and complete I‑9 requirements accurately

Send USV updates, collect required documents, and maintain compliance

Keep candidate records up to date in Bullhorn (ATS)

Help guide new hires through onboarding steps quickly and correctly

Strong communicator who can build trust both onsite and over the phone

Previous experience with skilled trades, manufacturing, or similar industries

Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities without losing momentum

Driven, resourceful, and not intimidated by performance expectations

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
