**Our client, is seeking a talented Recruitment Sourcer to join their team. As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the recruitment efforts for various teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proactive sourcing abilities, and a passion for candidate engagement, which will align successfully within our organization.**

Southaven, TN (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
**Pay Range:**
$30/HR
**What’s the Job?**
+ Conduct direct candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
+ Screen candidates by administering pre-screening questionnaires and developing short-lists
+ Support GOC Rehire processes, managing candidate communication prior to offer acceptance
+ Provide candidates with information about employment opportunities and promote the GOC employment brand
+ Manage one-on-one communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
**What’s Needed?**
+ Proven experience in direct sourcing and candidate screening
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines effectively
+ Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms
+ Ability to promote employer branding and candidate engagement
