As Recruitment Coordinator Specialist you will be responsible for tasks and activities throughout the post-offer lifecycle which include, but are not limited to: tracking candidate progress in applicant tracking system, initiating and monitoring pre-hire diligence, creating offer and contract documentation and support issue resolution.
Assist with ensuring a seamless post-offer & onboarding experience for candidates, Hiring Leaders & Recruiters
Ensure operational excellence, triaging key issues that arise during the recruitment process
Create offer letters and obtain the necessary approvals. Ensure all information is accurately reflected and all supporting documentation is provided
Ensure data integrity throughout the Post offer lifecycle.
Ensure high quality results, process compliance to operating guidelines and aligning with global recruitment standards
Support for contract generation for New Hires
Verify and validate offer details to ensure accurate contract creation
Initiate Background Verification checks and support candidates with questions on the process
Inform changes to process and policy documentation
Monitor and respond to the Recruitment Support inbox and escalate queries as required
Communicate with candidate and provide information/instructions as needed
Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed
Contribute to adhoc projects of interest
Support Recruitment Coordinator activities in other markets as required
Required skills/Capabilities
Prior experience in recruiting support & administration activities like screening, scheduling, offer management, onboarding etc.
Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with candidates, colleagues and internal partners
Proficiency with MS Office applications, Proven analytical skills
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, such as Taleo.
High level of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with complete confidentiality.
Experience working in a compliance driven organization.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity
Excellent attention to detail with a proven ability to problem solve
Ability to perform under pressure and high volumes
Advanced English level (speaking & writing)
