Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support a customer in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process from end to end. The Recruitment Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, and process updates while delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and internal stakeholders.
In addition to operational execution, this role requires the ability to develop, refine, and document recruiting-related processes that enhance consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the Talent Acquisition function. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple hiring teams, time zones, and locations.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to confirm interview details and provide required information.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates within the applicant tracking system (Workday).
- Prepare and distribute interview materials to hiring panels.
- Own onboarding tasks including offer letter generation, background check initiation, and I‑9 verification.
- Assist recruiters with job postings, requisition management, and candidate pipeline tracking.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow‑up.
- Track, maintain, and report on interview activity, pipeline movement, time‑to‑hire, and other relevant hiring metrics.
- Partner with recruiters and HR to identify gaps or inefficiencies within the recruiting workflow and propose solutions.
- Design, implement, and document scalable recruiting processes—including scheduling workflows, communication templates, onboarding steps, and compliance checkpoints—to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a process owner by maintaining updated SOPs, driving consistency across hiring teams, and supporting adoption of new tools, workflows, and best practices.
Hourly Pay Rate Range: $25.00-$30.00

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years experience in recruitment coordination including: onboarding, equipment scheduling, etc.
- Workday or similar system experience
