Job Description
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on high-touch recruitment and onboarding processes, aiming to support and prepare for onsite recruitment experiences and coordinate new hire onboarding at our Silicon Valley site.
ResponsibilitiesSupport and prepare for onsite recruitment experiences in Silicon Valley.Coordinate new hire onboarding for the Silicon Valley site.Participate in meetings and provide onsite support by assisting with interviews, hosting candidates, and setting up new hire desks.Conduct planning and administrative work.Conduct campus or office tours.Maintain a professional executive presence to represent the organization.Essential SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience with proficiency in telecommunication or office technology, including video conferencing, supporting virtual interviews, and problem-solving tech issues.Minimum 3 years of prior office administration experience.Minimum 3 years of experience with written and verbal communication.Previous recruitment experience and familiarity with Slack is preferred.Work Environment
This role operates within a fast-paced, innovative team culture that values professionalism and fun. You will be required to work onsite five days a week in Silicon Valley, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week with no overtime. Our client provides the necessary equipment or software for the role. The position involves frequent interaction with diverse groups, serving as the face of the organization for candidates and new hires.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
