Recruiting Coordinators (Onsite)
We are hiring for 5 onsite Recruiting Coordinators for a well-known tech company in Seattle, WA! Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role within a fast-paced recruiting organization, working closely with a team of recruiters. This position involves managing recruiting activities, building candidate relationships, and often providing candidates with their first impression. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt quickly to changes. Responsibilities + Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary. + Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires. + Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and email. + Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates in a weekly report. + Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials. + Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. + Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. Qualifications + At least 1 year of recruiting coordinator, coordination, scheduling, or calendar management experience. + Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Bachelor's degree. + Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Work Environment The position is 100% onsite in Seattle. Fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
