Recruiting Coordinator Consultant - Remote
**We're Hiring! Remote Recruiting Coordinator (6+ Month W2 Contract)** Are you passionate about supporting dynamic recruiting teams and delivering top-tier candidate experiences? We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join us on a fully remote, 6+ month W2 contract. This role is the heartbeat of our recruiting operations-providing day-to-day administrative support, managing our ATS, and coordinating interviews and communications with precision and care. **Key Responsibilities:** + Maintain and update our ATS (5%) + Schedule interviews and pre-screens for recruiters and hiring managers (80%) + Coordinate team communications, onboarding, and travel (5%) + Support invoicing and reference checks (5%) + Perform other related duties as needed (5%) **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree preferred + 1+ year of experience in admin, HR, or recruiting support + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Excellent communication and customer service orientation + Proficiency in MS Office and navigating tech systems **Travel** * No Travel required **About Talent Solutions** Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
