A client in the Brentwood Tennessee area is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! This position would be five days in office and a full time direct hire role with full benefits and opportunity for growth. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be working with hiring managers and internal TA too coordinate and support recruitment across all roles. In this role we are looking for someone who has extensive experience scheduling interviews through an ATS, detail oriented, and has a proactive mindset. In this role majority of your day to day will be recruiting coordination and the other portion of your role would be onboarding new hires and conducting onboarding orientations. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is comfortable presenting and answering questions to ensure new hires are set up for success. Skills and Requirements
1+ years of professional experience as a Talent Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar; experience coordinating interviews with hiring managers, executives, and more
1+ years of experience working with ATS systems and HRIS systems
1+ years of experience with employee onboarding: creating the offer letter, presenting for employee new hire orientations, and more
High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and experience navigating environments with limited structure Previous experience working for a startup or fast scaling organization
Experience with Greenhouse
