Job Description
This role provides administrative support specifically for engineering and technical roles. Responsibilities include managing all scheduling efforts to support the recruiting process, from scheduling interviews and managing calendars to hosting and welcoming candidates onsite for interviews. Additional duties include submitting information into Workday and assisting with onboarding.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure candidates move seamlessly through the interview process via efficient scheduling.Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Maintain a professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.Essential SkillsHuman resources experience.Scheduling expertise.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience is a plus).Three years of experience as an HR or Recruiting Coordinator.High volume calendar coordination.Strong customer service skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAttention to detail.Proficiency in data entry and administrative support.Experience with HR administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience in onboarding processes.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite with hours from Monday to Friday, offering flexibility to work from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM. The company is experiencing growth, expecting to hire 200 positions by the end of the year. This is a temporary role with the potential for future permanent opportunities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $24.04/hr.
