Job Title: Recruiting CoordinatorJob Description This exciting contract recruiter position is based in Fall River, MA and is initially set for a duration of six months, with a strong likelihood of extension. Responsibilities + Manage the full recruitment cycle for quality roles including QC Chemists and QA Inspectors. + Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to source candidates. + Leverage platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job fairs, college hiring events, and alternative sourcing methods. + Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations. + Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Essential Skills + Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for quality roles. + Expertise in advanced Boolean search techniques. + Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. + Prior recruiting experience. + Ability to handle high volume hires. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Recruiting, Sourcing Resumes, Screening Calls. + Positive attitude and coachable. + Customer service experience. + Scheduling coordinating. Work Environment This role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days per week in Fall River, MA. The project involves hiring 200-300 QA/QC personnel and offers an incredible opportunity to receive a reference from the VP of HR and TA upon successful completion. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
