Bachelor's degree, required.2+ years of post-graduate experience in executive search, recruiting, communications, or another fast-paced professional services environment (search experience preferred but not required).Strong research, sourcing, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and shifting priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The base salary for this role is $80,000-$85,000.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
