In this role, you assist in managing the full-cycle recruiting process across all of our locations; Marshfield, Appleton, Green Bay, Eau Claire, Stevens Point, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and Phoenix. You'll help hire for various office roles, from entry-level to executive-level leadership roles. If you are looking for a difference-making role, this is it! Key Responsibilities: + Partners with Employee Relations Manager to determine staffing needs + Screens resumes and interview candidates + Coordinates interviews with hiring managers + Follows up with hiring managers and candidates to obtain feedback on recruitment process + Drafts and delivers offer letters + Administers onboarding process for new hires The Fit: Here is what you need to be successful in this role: + You are a people person. You love connecting with individuals to learn more about their skills and abilities. + You are familiar with social media, and other unique methods of identifying and engaging with passive and active candidates. + You have experience with computer programs such as the Microsoft Suite. + You have a good customer service background and experience connecting with individuals through multiple communication platforms.
