Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with specialized expertise in Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) space. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of high-volume requisition management, working closely with MSP program managers and client stakeholders to source, screen, and submit top-tier contingent talent across various industries. Responsibilities: + Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) + Review, prioritize, and respond to job requisitions submitted through MSP programs + Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles across multiple skill sets (IT, clerical, light industrial, etc.) Ensure timely and compliant candidate submissions to VMS portals + Maintain regular communication with MSP program teams regarding candidate status, interviews, onboarding, and feedback + Stay current on labor market trends, industry benchmarks, and compliance requirements specific to contingent workforce hiring + Provide a high level of candidate and client experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity Qualifications: + 2 years of recruiting experience working with VMS/MSP clients + Familiarity with major VMS platforms such as Fieldglass and Beeline. + Proven success in high-volume recruiting, particularly for contract or contingent labor + Strong organizational and time-management skills + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills + Experience sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases Education & Certifications: + Bachelor's degree Benefits: + 401K + Medical / Dental / Vision Equal Opportunity Employer: RCM is an equal opportunity employer.
