**Must-Have Requirements:**
Schedule/time zone: may be a little flexible, 9-5EST are core hours, open to other time zones as long as they can work those core hours.
Temp only at this point, chance to extend but no promises right now. Will depend on hiring volume
This is a remote position. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with experience in Corporate Recruiting, ideally with sales and marketing recruitment experience. the ideal candidate can collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand their talent needs and provide strategic advice on candidate selection.
**How you will make history here…**
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll focus on hiring top talent for our professional recruiting function with a primary focus on sales and marketing. You’ll partner with leaders and hiring managers to attract, engage and hire top talent in the industry. Utilizing strong skills in stakeholder management and candidate engagement, you will ensure success in our rapidly growing business.
The individual in this role will leverage passive and active recruitment methods, including social networking, and will serve as a Talent Advisor to Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers. This includes consultation on candidate availability in the marketplace and guidance on talent attraction, selection methodology and legal compliance as necessary.
**What you will do…**
• Proactively source and attract talent with a consistent employer brand story.
• As a Talent Advisor, foster a consultative approach to deploy recruitment strategies and action plans to develop strong pipelines and high-quality candidates.
• Leverage strong understanding of the business to consult with hiring managers on recruitment, talent attraction and pipelining.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with prospective talent.
• Conduct effective candidate screening and present recommendations to hiring managers.
• Effectively leverage talent acquisition tools and technology.
• Ensure open roles are promoted effectively in the marketplace and the best talent is sourced for each opening.
• Manages full cycle recruitment process within corporate guidelines and applicant tracking system.
• Develops competitive offer recommendations based on compensation guidelines.
• Successfully manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders.

What you will bring to the table (must have)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in a corporate environment
**It would be great if you have (nice to have)**
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Sales & Marketing corporate recruitment experience
• Corporate recruitment experience in Food and/or CPG industries
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high requisition volume in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for candidate care and communications
• Experience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing
• Experience with automated applicant/requisition tracking systems, preferably Workday Recruiter
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of recruiting tools; including LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Indeed, Workday
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management and judgment skills
• Able to influence without formal authority
• Knowledge of employment law, OFCCP regulations, etc.
• Comfortable navigating in a matrix organization
