**About the Role**
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and timely hiring support across the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent leadership to translate workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies and successful hiring outcomes. Operating within a structured, enterprise talent acquisition model, this role emphasizes consultative recruiting, equitable hiring practices, strong execution discipline, and a consistent candidate experience, while also owning recruiting delivery and supporting recruiting processes, system accuracy, and workflow discipline in close partnership with HR Shared Services, the Workday Technology & Analytics team, Legal, Immigration/Mobility, and external vendors as needed.

**Role Overview**
The Recruiter serves as a **trusted talent advisor** to hiring managers, owning recruiting delivery end-to-end while ensuring recruiting processes, tools, and data remain accurate, compliant, and effective. The role balances speed, quality, and compliance, with accountability for hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Recruiting Delivery**
+ Managefull-cyclerecruiting for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance.
+ Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
+ Develop and execute sourcing strategies using approved tools, job boards, referrals, and vendors.
+ Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational standards.
+ Accurately manage requisitions, candidates, interviews, and offers within **Workday Recruiting (ATS)** .
**Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership**
+ Serve as a primary recruiting partner tohiringmanagers, setting expectations on timelines, market conditions, and hiring outcomes.
+ Provide guidance on role scoping, leveling, and hiringapproachin partnership with HR Business Partners and Compensation.
+ Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on recruiting progress, risks, and next steps.
+ Partner with **HR Shared Services** to ensure smooth execution of downstream hiring activities (e.g., offers, onboarding handoffs).
**Candidate Experience &** **Selection**
+ Deliver a consistent, professional, and inclusive candidate experience.
+ Coordinate interviews and assessments directly with hiring managers and interview teams.
+ Facilitate structured feedback andselectiondiscussions.
+ Extend offers and support offer acceptance in coordination with Compensation, HR, Shared Services, and Mobility partners, ensuringaccurateapprovals and documentationinWorkday.
**Compliance, Process & Risk Management**
+ Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies.
+ Maintainaccuratedocumentation, dispositions, and audit-ready records within **Workday ATS** .
+ Partner with Immigration and Global Mobility teams when roles involve work authorization or relocation considerations.
+ Support consistent application of recruiting policies, workflows, and controls.
+ Collaborate with **Workday Technology & Analytics** to surface system issues, enhancement needs, and data-quality gaps.
**Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
+ Track recruiting activity using **Workday Recruiting reports and dashboards** , including metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health.
+ Use recruiting and hiring data toidentifytrends, bottlenecks, or improvement opportunities.
+ Partnerwith **Workday Technology & Analytics** to improve reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes,requisitionworkflows, and candidate communications.
+ Support broader talent initiatives such as workforce planning, pipelining, and early talent engagement.
**Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):** Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. **What Makes You a Strong Fit**
**Basic Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ **3+ years of recruiting experience** in an in-house or agency environment.
+ Experience recruiting professional, technical, or corporate roles within a structured TA function.
+ **Hands-on experience using Workday Recruiting (ATS)** for requisition management, candidate tracking, and reporting isstronglypreferred.
**Skills & Capabilities**
+ Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills.
+ Knowledge of hiring practices, employment regulations, and fair hiring principles.
+ Comfortable owningrecruiting workflows, approvals, and system accuracy.
+ Data-literate and able to interpret recruiting metrics and dashboards.
