Turn Industry Pros Into the Next Generation of Instructors Lincoln Tech is looking for a Skilled Trades Recruiter who knows how to find the HVAC techs, electricians, and welders who are ready to trade the job site for the classroom—and love what they do enough to teach it. The Role You'll partner with campus leaders across 22 locations to source, interview, and hire skilled tradespeople who can teach the next generation. Your primary focus will be skilled trades instructors, but you'll also recruit for other positions as needed. This is a hybrid role —two days a week at our corporate office in Parsippany, NJ and three days remote.
