We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter (RBP) 2 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. Additionally, the role involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the recruitment field or a related area. The role demands a solid understanding of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. You will rely on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. The Recruiter typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
ResponsibilitiesRecruit and interview candidates for various positions.Check candidate references and make job offers.Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.Support high-volume hiring for warehouse positions, mostly internal transfers.Communicate and manage requisitions and candidates, closing positions efficiently.Support L-8 site leaders with communication and overall recruitment process.Essential Skills5-8 years of experience in recruitment or a related area.Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Ability to perform a variety of tasks with creativity and latitude.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a former RBP or client lead in good standing.3-7 years of experience in full-cycle high-volume recruiting.Experience with talent acquisition, hiring, and ATS systems.Ability to provide administrative support and coordinate schedules.Work EnvironmentThis role is based 100% onsite in Seattle. The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on supporting high-volume hiring processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a bustling warehouse setting, collaborating closely with site leaders and recruitment teams.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
