Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientations for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This position may require a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. You should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the recruitment field. Extensive experience and judgment are crucial to plan and accomplish goals, and you may lead and direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

Process candidates efficiently, including administering language assessments and reviewing and pipelining candidates.Interact with stakeholders, recruiting partners, and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain records.Engage in focused work to achieve recruitment targets.Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with hiring managers.

Essential Skills

3-7 years of sourcing experience.Proficiency in technical sourcing and recruiting, preferably in AI.Strong organizational skills, with experience in Excel and navigating various platforms.Ability to write Boolean strings.Experience in candidate engagement and stakeholder management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a technical recruiter.Experience in linguistics or AI.Experience working with large language models and AI technologies.

Work Environment

This position requires you to work fully onsite at our client's building. You will be part of a fun and positive team, with bi-weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with hiring managers. The work environment emphasizes delivering results with aggressive hiring needs and a quick ramp-up period. A bias for action and earning trust are key leadership principles in our team.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $48.00/hr.
