Join our team to support the potential restart of the Duane Arnold Energy Center! We're looking for a proactive recruiter to manage high-volume hiring, source top talent, and partner with hiring managers.

What You’ll Do:

Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboardingConduct outreach, screen candidates, and coordinate interviewsTrack recruitment metrics and improve processesSupport diversity, compliance, and campus hiring initiatives

What You’ll Need:

2+ years of recruiting experience (exempt & non-exempt)Strong communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with ATS and sourcing toolsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceSPHR/PHR a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.28 - $40.48/hr.
