\n\t\t\t\t\tWe are seeking a talented Recruiter to support the potential restart of Duane Arnold Energy Center. This assignment will be based at our Juno Beach Headquarters in an onsite position. This role is responsible for managing high-volume recruitment efforts and proactively reaching out to potential candidates to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting experience excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls performing initial candidate screenings collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The role also involves tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills attention to detail and familiarity with applicant tracking systems ATS and recruitment tools are essential for success in this position.\n\nIndividuals in this role are responsible for full life-cycle recruitment from requisition creation to onboarding. Individuals play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition department by helping drive candidate demand hiring talent managing the candidate experience and building relationships with business stakeholders. This position works closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and ensure goals are met.\n\nJob Duties Responsibilities\n - Develops and executes sourcing strategy while identifying top talent independently and creatively source talent\n - Develops pipeline of both active and passive candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies\n - Conducts phone screens manages interview process and coordinates interview debriefs while providing a consultative value\n - Executes offer process from negotiation to onboarding\n - Focuses on candidate experience while being highly responsive to both candidates and hiring managers\n - Develops expert-level knowledge of the applicant tracking system\n - Learns our company our businesses our complexity and our products to be able to explain and provide a business case for candidates wanting to work for us\n - Leads and participates in cross functional projects as it relates to talent recruiting sourcing and landing top talent to the organization\n - Engages in continuous development as it relates to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance OFCCP Affirmative Action Plans AAP general compliance military hiring and other diversity initiatives\n - Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Perform professional/technical and non-technical recruiting activities by identifying negotiating and providing accurate job descriptions to search firms interacting with candidates organizing interviews extending job offers etc \n2. Develop tracking and applicant flow process. \n3. Interact with search firms and employment agencies and place advertisements in appropriate newspapers trade journals and other publications. \n4. Maintain college and high school relations by coordinating all related activities in a way which produces the best exposure and recognition from the administration department faculty students and placement officers. \n5. Coordinate a variety of employment/recruitment activities with the area human resource officer in order to ensure consistency of interpretation of corporate recruitment policies application and internal placement processes. \n6. Provide daily advice and interpretation to managers and supervisors as well as to outside applicants to make sure that federal state and corporate policies are administered in a consistent and fair way. \n7. Ability to meet attendance requirements. \n8. Ability to work extended hours. Secondary Job Functions: Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Job Standards: Performance will be based on successful completion of all job functions up to the productivity standards and timeframes established and directed by Management.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)\n2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing\nSPHR or PHR certification (preferred)\nStrong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills\nHigh integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.28 - $40.48/hr.
