Job Title: Recruiter IJob Description Join a dynamic global recruiting organization as a Sourcing Recruiter, supporting AWS technical teams. You will drive candidate generation strategies in collaboration with your clients, focusing on technical roles within AWS Data Centers. Responsibilities + Engage qualified candidates using multiple sourcing techniques for various technical roles. + Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies. + Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables, and timelines. + Guide candidates through the interview process efficiently to ensure a positive candidate experience. + Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, prioritizing client and candidate experience. Essential Skills + 1-3 years of experience in high volume sourcing, agency background preferred. + Experience in Boolean searches. + High volume recruiting experience via phone/email/text. + CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1+ years of experience supporting Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, Engineering Techs. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience. + Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. + Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. + Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills. + Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment This role requires on-site presence 5 days a week at one of the following locations: Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; New York, NY; San Diego, CA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a new sourcing team within AWS, with a high chance of extension and possible conversion to full-time. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
