Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Recruiter Human Resources to join their team. As a Recruiter Human Resources, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment efforts across various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
**Role: Recruiter Human Resources**
**Location: San antonio TX**
**Duration: 1+ Year**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or related field or equivalent work experience.
+ Relevant recruiting experience consistent with the progression of responsibilities related to the position.
+ Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization.
+ Ability to set priorities, organize work and make occasional exceptions.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling.
+ Basic knowledge utilizing recruiting applications, software and social media (i.e. ATS, CRM, LinkedIn)
+ Ability to develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external customers to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
+ Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of personnel.
+ Ability to meet goals and objectives with minimal direct supervision.
+ Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
+ Gather and analyze information skillfully.
**What's the Job?**
+ Effectively guides and advises business areas through all aspects of the recruiting process, including job posting, interviewing, and offer development.
+ Develops and executes innovative recruiting strategies to maximize return-on-investment for the business unit.
+ Communicates with hiring managers and candidates to ensure service levels and engagement are maintained throughout the process.
+ Engages with prospects and candidates through all phases of the recruitment lifecycle to enhance interest in careers.
+ Executes reporting related to headcount planning and provides insights on recruitment metrics.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ Relevant recruiting experience consistent with the progression of responsibilities related to the position.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of recruiting applications and social media platforms.
+ Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of personnel.
+ Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
