Description We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Your expertise in high-volume recruiting and corporate recruitment will play a key role in connecting exceptional candidates with the right opportunities. Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various channels. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate documentation and streamline recruitment workflows. • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings. • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate credentials and suitability. • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage with potential candidates. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. • Stay informed about market trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance strategies. • Support high-volume recruitment initiatives, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Must be bilingual in Spanish • Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and strategies. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment efforts effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Familiarity with current recruitment trends and tools. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with attention to detail.
