Responsibilities + Conduct full cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. + Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. + Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Essential Skills + 1+ year of full cycle recruiting experience for the junior level recruiter. + 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for the mid-level recruiter. + Proficiency in talent acquisition and recruitment methodologies. + Written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Skills and Qualifications Required + Bachelor's Degree is required. + Experience in human resources is beneficial. Work Environment This position is onsite in Oshkosh with flexibility available after training. You will work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and effective communication.
