About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer support and onboarding coordination. Your work will directly influence the organization’s ability to attract high?quality talent and support business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service to both internal partners and candidates.
What You’ll Do
Full?Cycle Recruitment Post job advertisements across targeted platforms to attract qualified talent. Source candidates through internet searches, databases, networking, and other creative strategies. Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates. Candidate & Hiring Manager Engagement Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide discussions to ensure alignment. Assist with salary discussions and offer negotiations. Support hiring managers with timely communication and professional guidance. Coordination & Process Management Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness. Ensure all recruitment activities align with company compensation, people development, and equal employment policies. Provide consistent updates, documentation, and follow?through to support strong hiring outcomes.
Required Qualifications Experience managing full?cycle recruiting in a fast?paced or high?volume environment. Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills. Ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Understanding of compensation practices, talent development concepts, and equal employment principles. Strong communication, judgment, and problem?solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for professional or technical roles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. Strong networking and passive?talent sourcing experience. Ability to influence and support hiring decisions through data, insights, and talent expertise.

Pay Details: $35.69 per hour
