Job Description

The role involves independently sourcing and identifying talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and Public Policy sectors. The successful candidate will calibrate with hiring teams to understand profiles, build pipelines of quality candidates, and fill open positions. This position demands extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, along with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Responsibilities

Source and identify talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and Public Policy sectors.Collaborate with hiring teams to understand profiles and build pipelines of quality candidates.Fill open positions with qualified candidates.Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish recruitment goals.Perform a variety of tasks with creativity and latitude.Report to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the recruiting field.Functional sourcing experience.Legal sourcing experience.Corporate customer experience in talent acquisition.Proficiency in ATS and full cycle recruiting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior recruiting experience in the Legal industry is preferred.Experience in paralegal counsel roles, corporate counsel roles, and litigation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
