What You’ll Do

Recruit and place top talent for light industrial and clerical roles. Run the full desk: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and keeping candidates engaged. Build and maintain great relationships with clients while delivering quick, quality results. Juggle multiple job orders and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Keep a steady pipeline of talent ready to go for recurring client needs. Stay sharp on compliance, safety, and all the “must-dos” of staffing.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of recruiting experience in staffing (light industrial/clerical a big plus). Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Someone who thrives on problem-solving, people connections, and finding the right fit. Excellent communicator who can balance candidate care with client urgency. Tech-comfortable (ATS, job boards, social media sourcing, etc.). Ready to be in-office Monday–Friday and fully engaged with the team.
