Experienced Recruiter Job Description We are seeking a skilled recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting tasks at our Charles City, IA location. This role involves handling various aspects of the recruitment process to help us attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities + Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. + Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. + Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to source potential candidates. + Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and team members. Essential Skills + Minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience. + Associate's Degree or higher. + Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in life sciences recruiting is strongly preferred. + Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Work Environment You will report to a remote manager based in New Jersey and collaborate with a Talent Acquisition leader in Minnesota. The team includes three on-site HR associates. The work environment is part of one of the largest companies in the area, known for its significant revenue and employee base. Dress code is business casual. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charles City, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
