Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated recruiter to join our team. This role involves screening resumes and applications based on specific guidelines to identify qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, drug screens, and other hiring process communications. You will also schedule candidates for New Hire orientation using a scripted process and maintain records of recruiting activities as required. Approximately 75% of your time will be spent on screening, calling, or emailing candidates, with the remaining 25% dedicated to sourcing and screening.

Work Environment

The work environment includes working hours from 8 am to 4 pm, with some flexibility. There may be occasional requirements for travel, though this is not anticipated frequently. There is also a rare potential for participation in job fairs on Saturdays.

This is a Contract position based out of Clyde, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
