We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support for the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will play a key role in scheduling interviews, managing applicant data, and assisting with onboarding activities. 

Job Title: Recruiting Admin
Pay Rate: $24h - $25/h 
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
Location: Hybrid schedule - will need to travel to New Bedford, Fairhaven and Lakeville 4x a week for hiring events

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist with onsite hiring events. Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, status updates, and next steps. Support recruiters with administrative tasks, including background checks and onboarding documentation.Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
