•Screening resumes/applications based on very specific guidelines to determine identify qualified candidates\n•Scheduling interviews, drug screens and other hiring process communication duties as assigned\n•Schedule candidates for New Hire orientation using a scripted process\n• Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.\nApproximately 75% of time will be spent screening, calling or emailing candidates, 25% doing sourcing and screening.\n•Other duties as required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
