**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join our team. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs, sourcing and recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, and managing the entire recruitment process from posting jobs to onboarding qualified candidates. You will play a key role in ensuring our hiring practices are efficient, compliant, and effective.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: 30/hr
Weekly Pay!
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage full lifecycle recruiting for all levels of positions
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to define specific recruiting needs
+ Utilize creative sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates
+ Post job openings on appropriate internet sources and job boards
+ Identify and maintain community resources to produce candidate pipelines
+ Review resumes and evaluate candidates against position requirements
+ Conduct interviews and recommend top candidates
+ Monitor and support Affirmative Action Plan compliance and candidate selection processes
+ Track and monitor open positions and requisition progress
**Preferred Skills & Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
+ Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
+ Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Adaptability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access (3+ years experience)
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
**Work Details:**
+ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Work Environment: Combination of warehouse and office; may involve exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold)
+ Dress Code: Business Casual
+ Location: Onsite only
