We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding full-time employees during the fall, while focusing on interns during the spring. During the summer months, you will take on the responsibility of managing those interns.
ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and onboard full-time employees during the fall season.Focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding interns in the spring.Manage and oversee interns during the summer.Handle a high volume of recruitment, managing up to 50 requisitions at a time.Recruit for technical roles, with a focus on 80% software engineering and 20% other roles.
Essential Skills3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting.Proficiency in technical recruiting, particularly for software engineering roles.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.Ability to hire both interns and full-time employees.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in early career recruiting.
Work Environment
This position is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work environment. You will be expected to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and remotely for two days. You will join a team of five. Parking is provided, and there is a possibility of extension and conversion.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
