Manpower, a dynamic organization in the recruitment industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join our Taylor, MI team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Recruiter
**Location:** Taylor, MI
**Pay Range:** $22-$25
**Shift:** Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, hosting job fairs/recruitment events in the market and outreach campaigns.
+ Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the position's qualifications and requirements.
+ Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
+ Conduct onboarding for all new Manpower employees being deployed on assignment.
+ Role may require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins.
+ Maintain data in the applicant tracking system and various other vendor software systems.
+ Proactively identify roadblocks in client delivery and resolve them with appropriate stakeholders.
+ Build and strengthen relationships with client hiring managers to secure repeat and expanded business opportunities.
+ Support local sales initiatives by probing for additional business opportunities with current clients.
+ Engage with high-demand clients to understand their hiring needs.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1+ year of experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
+ Willingness to attend local networking events and collaborate with community partners.
