**Job Title: Recruiter** **Location: Remote** **Pay Range: $40-$50/hr.** **What’s the Job?** + Partner with the business to strategically support the growth of the company, including fostering future talent pipeline needs + Develop influential partnerships with hiring managers and HR Directors + Enhance the Modine brand as an employer of choice + Create informed, consultative sourcing strategies in collaboration with HR and Hiring Managers to source quality candidates. + Identify, attract, engage and secure top talent. + Other duties assigned. **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of a mix of staffing and corporate recruiting experience + Minimum of three years of recruiting experience required; Technical recruiting experience a plus + Mix of staffing and corporate recruiting preferred + To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, as assigned.
