**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic Recruiting Office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, assisting recruiters, and providing exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
+ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
+ Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
+ Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters and new hire documentation.
+ Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, application status, and other inquiries.
+ Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to recruitment activities.
+ Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment performance and candidate pipelines.
+ Coordinate career fairs, recruitment events, and internal hiring initiatives.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
+ Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and ordering supplies.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ 2+ years of administrative experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
+ Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
