As a growing organization with a vibrant office culture, we’re looking for a dedicated Inhouse Recruiter to join us on-site and play a key role in building our exceptional team. **Position Overview** As an Inhouse Recruiter, you’ll be embedded in the heart of our operations, working closely with department leaders and HR to identify, attract, and hire top talent. Your presence in the office will allow you to build strong relationships, understand team dynamics firsthand, and contribute to a collaborative and energetic workplace. **Key Responsibilities** + Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across departments. + Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. + Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and local outreach. + Conduct in-person interviews and coordinate on-site interview schedules. + Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). + Represent the company at local job fairs and in-person recruiting events. + Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. + Contribute to employer branding initiatives and office culture development. **Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an in-house or corporate setting. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for people. + Familiarity with Staffing platforms and sourcing tools. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). **What We Offer** + Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. + A vibrant, collaborative office environment. + Opportunities for professional development and internal growth. + A chance to make a real impact on the future of our team.
