As a Recruiter, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Recruiter
**Location:** Cookeville, TN
**Pay Range:** Competitive salary based on experience
**Schedule:** Monday- Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Identify, assess, place, and manage a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.
+ Develop relationships with hiring managers to secure future and expanded opportunities.
+ Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job postings and social media.
+ Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
+ Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1+ year of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Exceptional customer service and computer skills
+ Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
+ Comfortable being on the phone all day
+ Experience with interviewing and hiring candidates
+ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
