Position Overview: As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent. Working remotely, you will partner with HR Business Partners and internal leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role offers high exposure to key business partners and leaders, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and grow your career! Key Responsibilities: Strategically Source Candidates: Utilize recruiting tools to build strong candidate pipelines. Conduct Initial Interviews: Evaluate talent and make recommendations to Hiring Managers. Collaborate with HR and Leaders: Partner with HR Business Partners and internal leaders to understand hiring needs and inform go-to-market strategies. Manage Applicant Tracking System: Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data throughout the recruitment process. Support Candidates: Guide candidates through the offer, background, and onboarding processes prior to their first day. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting. Persuasive communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to project manage and prioritize in a high-volume recruitment environment. Experience sourcing passive candidates. Bachelor's degree (preferred).
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
