Job Description
This role involves Human Resources Project Management and Recruiting. The position requires support in functional areas of Human Resources, including task coordination and optimization of current practices. Responsibilities also include assisting in the collection of internal and external information for reports and statistical research, focusing on the onboarding process and setup, as well as recruiting and hiring. Participation in recruiting events, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations are essential. The role involves processing paperwork according to established procedures and performing administrative duties to maintain records with utmost confidentiality.
Essential Skills3-5 years of recruiting experience.Experience handling 40+ requisitions with various skillsets.Strong software/computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe).Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently.Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities.Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in full-cycle recruiting.Technical recruiting skills.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.Calendar management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.Comfortable speaking to crowds or groups of people.Work Environment
The work environment is a 'cubicle' office setting, akin to a pit. Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, but on onboarding days, which occur 1-2 times a month, you will need to start at 6 AM. This position involves working with talent across a variety of skillsets.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
