Overview
The selected Talent Acquisition Partner will be mainly responsible for recruiting corporate or manufacturing roles.
Responsibilities
Provide operational excellence during the end-to-end recruitment process, prioritizing communication to enable outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiencesAct as the subject matter expert and consultant, working with various functional hiring leaders and Human Resource professionals to understand hiring needs and strategic objectives, as well as candidates’ level of experience and desired characteristics or competenciesCommunicates and upskills hiring leaders on candidate and new employee needs throughout the interviewing and onboarding processAttend appropriate HR and business function staff meetings and provide recruiting updates, metrics through strong data judgement analysis proposing appropriate delivery strategiesEmploy continuous improvement through consistent re-assessment of recruiting plans, methods, tools and processesUnderstands external factors that impact the supply of top talent, salary level structure, candidate supply, and candidate requirements for various job categories assessing and consulting on the best approachAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience Undergraduate degree or relevant recruiting experiencePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
