Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Job Description

The Staff Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the recruitment process, responsible for executing activities that lead to the selection of candidates for both open and new positions. This includes, but is not limited to, managing requisition data, posting jobs, identifying and selecting candidates, handling applicant data, and extending job offers.

ResponsibilitiesLead recruitment activities for specific clinical, allied health, or other assigned business lines.Develop recruitment plans to efficiently fill open requisitions with the most qualified and suitable candidates.Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers and Business Partners to identify expectations, clarify processes, and provide regular updates.Create communication plans that foster collaboration for acquiring necessary talent.Post jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends to stay informed of innovative sourcing and best recruitment practices.Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions through job postings, caregiver referrals, resume screenings, and interviews.Collect, process, and maintain applicant data, including interviewer recommendations and assessment results.Conduct strategic recruitment activities to develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Attend and coordinate job fairs, conferences, on-campus events, and other special activities.Maintain memberships and rapport with professional associations, serving as a liaison between hiring managers and staffing agencies/search firms.Advise hiring managers and facilitate selection decision-making meetings.Develop and communicate job offer details to hiring managers, including experience ratings and research on internal equity.Deliver and negotiate job offers with candidates and communicate offer responses to hiring managers.Essential SkillsTalent acquisition, recruiting, hiring, and human resources expertise.Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.Self-motivation and ability to work well under pressure.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of requisitions.Superb communication skills, both verbal and written, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.Technologically savvy, including proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Cornerstone preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in recruiting inpatient nurses in a major hospital system for at least 2 years is preferred.Work Environment

This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with the largest hospital system in northwestern Missouri. It requires 10% travel for recruiting events, career fairs, and other related activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
